Return & Exchange Policy

Exchanges & Store Credit Policy

At Leyba Jewelry, we accept exchange or store credit requests within five (5) days of receiving your order.

To initiate a request, please contact us at info@leybajewelry.com or WhatsApp.

Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, in perfect condition, with original tags and original packaging.
  • Items must be shipped back within 5 days of receipt.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Items that are damaged, worn, or missing parts will not be accepted.

Process

Once received and inspected, a store credit (e-gift card) will be issued or a replacement shipment notification will be sent within 3–6 business days.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, the original product must be returned. Once approved, a new order must be placed separately.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds. All sales are final.

Exceptions

  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit.
